Whether it is for extra performance or safety of a multi-engine aircraft, you will find flying a multi- engine aircraft an extra challenge. Your initial twin endorsement will be taken in steps, so as to ensure all systems and performance aspects of a more complex multi-engine aircraft are learned. The initial endorsement will take around 7.5 hours flight time and consists of around 7 hours ground briefing time. Outlined below are the sequences to be followed in gaining your initial multi-engine endorsement in the PA-34

| Private Pilot | Introduction to Multi-Engine Flight Upon gaining your initial multi-engine endorsement, each type of twin will require an endorsementon that type.For example, a BeechBaron, Cessna 310, etc. Depending upon your experience, each type will take around one and half to two hours to obtain an endorsement. |
