Multi Engine Endorsement

Whether it is for extra performance or safety of a multi-engine aircraft, you will find flying a multi- engine aircraft an extra challenge.

Your initial twin endorsement will be taken in steps, so as to ensure all systems and performance  aspects of a more complex multi-engine aircraft are learned. The initial endorsement will take  around 7.5 hours flight time and consists of around 7 hours ground briefing time. Outlined below  are the sequences to be followed in gaining your initial multi-engine endorsement in the PA-34 Piper Seneca.

Upon gaining your initial multi-engine endorsement, each type of twin will require an endorsementon that type. For example, a BeechBaron, Cessna 310, etc. Depending upon your experience, each type will take around one and half to two hours to obtain an endorsement.

As most charter companies or airlines will require a minimum amount of multi-engine flight time, we recommend that you complete a multi-engine endorsement. You should try to obtain as much multi- engine time as you can. From here, your multi-engine flying can include flying aircraft with turbocharged or supercharged engines or even turbines!
